Older homes with original doors. Bountiful is one of the older established communities in the Wasatch Front, and a lot of the homes—especially in the central core, around Val Verda, and along Orchard Drive—were built between the 1940’s and 1970’s. Many of these still have their original doors, or first-generation replacements from decades ago. Single-layer steel, outdated openers, springs pushed long past their service life. The smartest move on a lot of these is a full replacement with a modern insulated door—quieter operation, better insulation, and a real curb appeal upgrade for homes where the door is one of the most visible features from the street.
Steep east-bench driveways. Bountiful's east-bench neighborhoods sit up against the foothills with some of the steepest residential driveways in the valley.
